This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Victorious Networker, a DBA of H & L Global Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


1. Nature of Services

The Company provides customized business consulting, system implementation, and business optimization services.

All services are tailored to each client’s specific business needs and are provided under individual agreements or service contracts.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and advisory nature of our services:

  • All payments are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service agreement or contract has been entered into.

  • No refunds will be issued once services have commenced.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing service agreements prior to signing

  • Understanding the scope of services

  • Asking questions before payment

  • Providing required access and cooperation

Failure to utilize services or implement recommendations does not qualify for a refund.
